Your role as a project manager

As a project-leading consultant at Combitech, you will experience variety in your daily tasks, where you work with coordination, planning, project management, or business development for one of our clients, primarily in the industry. You will have the opportunity to contribute your experiences while learning through your tasks and by collaborating with your colleagues to solve the assigned tasks of the project/team.

As a consultant at Combitech, you are employed in a unit where your leadership is in focus, and where experiences range from recent graduates to seasoned professionals. You will then have assignments at clients or in one of our internal teams. The time spent on assignments is primarily determined by the client's needs, and the time with Combitech is dedicated to your professional and personal development. Depending on your level of experience, we have different types of programs and training to support you in your continued journey.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a university or civil engineer, has gained some industry experience, and has at least a few years of project management experience and who wants to continue developing with us! You have a passion for technology and for growing in your professional role.

We seek someone with great commitment who is interested and curious about new challenges. You support those around you and lead yourself and your environment forward in a positive and sustainable way. You are driven and have a strong commitment to developing yourself, people, relationships, and businesses. We are looking for someone who is unpretentious and has the flexibility and adaptability required to thrive in the role of consultant and in a varied and changing environment.
