Center4life Assistans AB provides personal assistance for children, adolescents, and adults with disabilities, according to LSS. Our vision is to create a safe and developing everyday life for our customers.

About the position:

We are looking for an engaged man with Arabic or Persian as his mother tongue who wants to become an important part of a caring team. You will work as a personal assistant for a 10-year-old boy with multiple disabilities. The role includes helping and guiding him in all everyday situations.

Job responsibilities:

Assist with meals, hygiene, and other daily activities.

Participate in and support various activities.

Work with a low-arousal approach, tailored to the customer's needs.

Collaborate with the team to create the safest and most developing environment possible.

About the customer:

The customer faces challenges with communication, social interaction, and understanding his surroundings. He has been granted double assistance during parts of the day, which means that you, together with a colleague, can provide the support he needs.

Location: The position is located in Falun.
