Caverion has a close cooperation agreement with Karolinska/Huddinge hospital for the operation and maintenance of the properties. We are a great team of technicians, administrators, project managers, and managers who work together every day for a good delivery.

About the position

As an operations coordinator, you will work with production planning of daily operations in the operations organization. You will also be responsible, together with your colleagues, for analyzing and planning for future maintenance and operational assignments according to agreements. You will have close cooperation with team leaders and local operations managers and other coordinating functions.

You will also work with:

• Documentation and administration in our systems.
• Developing and improving working methods.
• Coordination of warranty inspections, regulatory requirements/inspections, etc.
• Daily meetings with the operations organization.

Your background

• High school education with an economic/technical focus. Higher education is an advantage.
• You have at least a few years of experience in similar tasks, preferably from the property/installation industry.
• Very good knowledge of the Office suite and property/business systems.
• Good Swedish in speech and writing.

To thrive in the role, it is important that you are meticulous, structured, and analytical. You enjoy being part of a team. You are unpretentious and like to work with many contact areas.
