Job Responsibilities
Do you want to be an important part of a team where care, structure, and commitment are at the center? We are now looking for a warm and responsible customer service representative for our team in Rosersberg – a role where you can combine your sense of service with an interest in finance and logistics.
With us, you will have a varied everyday life where you play a key role in ensuring our projects run smoothly – from the first customer contact to the invoice being in place. You will help ensure that our projects are invoiced correctly and on time, while also being involved in the planning and booking of our field logisticians. This means you will work both administratively and maintain close communication with both customers and colleagues.
We believe you enjoy keeping things organized, like to collaborate, and have a natural drive to create structure in a fast-paced environment. You see opportunities rather than obstacles and have a good eye for details – especially when it comes to finance.

Your Responsibilities:
- Finance & Invoicing
- Be primarily responsible for ensuring invoices are sent out correctly and on time
- Ensure invoicing follows agreed terms
- Be a reliable point of contact for questions or adjustments from customers
- Project and Resource Planning
- Plan and book our field logisticians based on project needs
- Contribute to smooth and resource-efficient work planning
- Communication & Service
- Be the contact person for our customers and act as a link between different parts of the organization
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, we believe you are meticulous, organized, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You have a natural service mindset, thrive with multiple tasks, and find it easy to communicate clearly with different types of people.
We would like you to have:
- Experience or a strong interest in finance and invoicing.
- Previously worked with logistics, warehousing, or project coordination.
- Good computer skills, especially in Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in planning and coordinating assignments.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- High school education.
Meritorious:
- Experience from a similar position, preferably within retail, events/trade shows, or field logistics.
Additional Information:
The position is full-time with placement in Rosersberg. Start date is according to agreement, preferably as soon as possible. Please note that we may conduct background checks as part of the recruitment process.
