Visual Communicator

Do you want to transform complex ideas into clear and engaging visual messages? Do you have a passion for graphic design, storytelling, and creating impactful presentations? We are looking for a visual communicator for our management consulting unit in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Linköping!

Your role as a visual communicator at Digital & Management

As a visual communicator with us, you will play a central role in enhancing our deliveries to clients through graphics, text, design, and storytelling. You will work closely with team members to transform strategies, analyses, and insights into visually compelling materials such as presentations, reports, infographics, and other digital formats. In addition to deliveries to our clients, you will also help our unit increase our visibility and contribute to the business by creating content for our seminars and external publications.

Your responsibilities include creating visually strong and easily understandable presentations, reports, and other communication materials tailored for various target groups, from boards to project groups. You will develop graphic concepts and design solutions for our client deliveries, improve storytelling and message structure in the communication materials for our unit, and produce infographics and illustrations to clarify complex information.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, you need to have a degree in communication, graphic design, art direction, or equivalent, as well as excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish and English.

You have experience in transforming data and analysis into intuitive visual formats tailored for different target groups, as well as a good sense and methodology for storytelling and can create engaging presentations and communications. You also have experience in graphic design, visual communication, and copywriting, which enhances your ability to create effective and creative visual messages. You are a very proficient user of PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite. Previous experience in the consulting industry is a plus.

We also believe you are proactive and have the ability to quickly immerse yourself in new contexts and complex issues.
