JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for two nurses who want to be part of the home health care in Burlöv municipality. Person-centered care and teamwork are the focus.

The assignment involves collaborating in interdisciplinary teams. The team's task is to provide health and medical care within the municipality's area of responsibility. In your work, you will cooperate with other professional categories in the organization and be responsible for guidance and delegation to nursing staff.

The team's work should be characterized by a salutogenic, flexible, and solution-focused approach with the individual's needs at the center. You should be able to work independently but also see yourself as part of the team.

We are now looking for you who are interested in being part of a team. As a person, you are positive, curious, and collaborative.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who sees opportunities and is solution-focused. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities such as collaboration skills and engagement.

You should also have a good ability to work independently and make your own decisions, but at the same time have the ability to see yourself as part of our team. You express yourself well in speech and writing, prioritize well, and contribute to our good working environment.

We consider it a given to work with a patient-centered approach with the individual's participation in focus.

Experience from municipal home health care is an advantage.
