At Nyhem in Kristdala, there are four special accommodations. We are now looking for a temporary nursing assistant for Nygläntan. You will be part of a team with a unit manager, personnel planner, nursing assistants, care assistants, and service staff. Together, we conduct close teamwork with nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and district doctors.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a nursing assistant, you report directly to the unit manager. The work consists of implementing approved care and service measures according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and health care measures according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). Nyhem is a special accommodation where you, together with other staff, implement approved measures for care, nursing, and service to individuals residing in their own homes. The tasks are varied, including personal care, activities, cleaning, and grocery shopping. We are developing a working method where everyday rehabilitation and activation for those living at Nyhem is a natural part of daily life. The assignment also includes being a contact person and establishing implementation plans. Furthermore, it includes administering medication according to delegation. Other healthcare tasks may also occur as delegated by a nurse. The value base in the Social Services Act is an important tool in our work group. Our starting point is always the individual and their well-being.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, preferably with experience from similar tasks. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in elderly care. You have the ability to see the whole picture but also each individual's circumstances. For us, it is natural that you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where job satisfaction is a priority. You are structured and quality-conscious with good problem-solving skills.

Furthermore, we want you to be open, stress-resistant, positive, attentive, and confident in yourself with a professional demeanor. You have good teamwork skills, are flexible, and can easily adapt to current circumstances. You also have analytical skills. Documentation is a recurring aspect via our data systems, so you need to communicate well in spoken and written Swedish.
