We are looking for a licensed nurse who wants to work part-time or full-time during the summer. Within the health and medical care unit, you will be part of a positive team working to develop care in the patient's home environment. You will be responsible for patients in regular housing and/or in care and nursing homes.

The Social Administration is responsible for the municipality's social care, including:

• elderly care
• the municipality's health and medical care
• individual and family care
• care for the disabled
• administrative unit

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a nurse within the health and medical care services in Borgholm municipality, you will work together in multidisciplinary teams with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, unit managers, and nursing staff. The health and medical care services are divided into three geographical team areas: north, central, and south. The teams work both with regular housing and special housing. In Borgholm municipality, the health and medical care unit has a well-established collaboration with Borgholm Health Center/Home Hospital and ambulance services.

The work consists of both standard and advanced tasks for nurses within home care and elderly care.

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed Nurse/District Nurse preferably with additional training or experience in home care, elderly care, palliative care, psychiatry, or open health and medical care.

You should be confident in your nursing role and have professional experience in health and medical care.

The job requires both independence and teamwork.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
