Conscious Learning

We increase awareness among our children and students. Awareness of who they are as individuals. Awareness of their own learning and development. And awareness of their fellow human beings and what is happening in the society around them.

Courageous Culture

We believe that courage is the key to learning - the courage to ask, listen, understand, and act. Therefore, we actively work to create a courageous culture where curiosity and exploration are encouraged. Where everyone has the right to an opinion and learns to express it. A prerequisite for the courage of children and students is that they also feel trust towards both educators and peers.

Clear Structure

We have clear routines and continuous follow-up to support children's learning processes. We have structures for teaching teams and we constantly incorporate societal perspectives into our teaching through developed methods and perspectives. We have clarity about what needs to be done and what is expected.

We are now looking for a new preschool teacher for our team. At our preschool, we have high ambitions for our children's learning and development, and our work is characterized by high engagement.

Vittra Kungshagen is a preschool and primary school that offers children and students a place for development and creativity that prepares them for the future. Today, we have about 430 children and students from preschool to grade 9. The preschool currently has 75 children divided into three departments. We have about 60 engaged and well-educated educators working in well-functioning teams. We are one of 24 Vittra schools and collaborate to improve the quality of preschool education.

We have high goals for ourselves and our collective work. Together, we build a safe and challenging environment where everyone can develop, both children and adults, and our work is always based on close pedagogical relationships.

At Vittra, you have the chance to develop into the best educator you can be. We work with internal and external training and collegial learning between preschool and school, but also together with other Vittra preschools and schools in the country. You have your own individual development plan to ensure that you continuously develop and take new steps in your professional role.

Vittra has collective agreements with the Teacher's Union, the Teachers' National Union, and Kommunal, which among other things means occupational pension according to the ITP plan and insurance.

Vittra offers preschool teachers a permanent position with 30 days of vacation and 3000 SEK in wellness benefits. In addition, we strive for an attractive workplace in terms of further education and staff activities.
