About the Position

Mölndal Energi is looking for new employees for its sales department in Mölndal.

The working hours are during the day and only on weekdays. Monthly salary: 25,050 SEK + attractive commission model. The position is based at their headquarters in Mölndal.

The sales team is led by an experienced and senior leader, focusing on quality sales and personal development. The days are filled with good laughs and a wonderful atmosphere. We live in a world where electricity is a very current topic. Now you have the chance to become an expert in the field and advise and recommend customers who are in great need of guidance.

The employment involves a probationary period of 6 months, which then transitions to a permanent position with us at Recruitive. You will work on assignment for Mölndal Energi.

Your Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers by phone and present the opportunities available at Mölndal Energi
• Maintain relationships with previous customers by calling and mapping current electricity costs and creating a consumption profile
• Analyze customer needs and inform them of current offers that suit them

• You have a sparkling interest in sales
• Your positivity rubs off on colleagues and customers
• You want to develop and appreciate coaching that takes your sales to the next level
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Previous experience in proactive sales
