The Health and Care Administration has a user-oriented approach - we all work together to provide users with quality care and support every day. Within the Health and Care Administration, about 400 proud and engaged employees work in home care, nursing homes, support for disabilities, health care, social psychiatry, and regulatory activities. Description

We support individuals with reduced functional and activity capacity due to age, illness, or disability, so they can manage their daily lives.

The work is conducted in collaboration with physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, and assistive technology specialists. We work cross-professionally with nurses and care assessors within regular housing, short-term departments, and special housing.

As an occupational therapist with us, you will have the opportunity to influence and develop the operations in close collaboration with managers and decision-makers. We strive for a health-promoting workplace where collaboration and the individual's needs are in focus.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include ADL assessments, establishing and implementing rehabilitation interventions, and testing/prescribing assistive devices. Writing certificates for housing adaptations is also included. Guiding care staff is an important part of the job. We document in LifeCare HSL.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist.
• Since travel is included in the position, a driver's license is required.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
• You are willing to learn new things and are open to finding new solutions, have the ability to collaborate, and are committed to the citizens.
• We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
• Experience in municipal health care is an advantage.
• Interest or experience in the area of support for disabilities is a plus.
