JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a resource teacher for grade 2. You will work together with the class teachers in grade 2, providing instruction both in the classroom and with smaller groups. You will be part of a team of 3-4 teachers per grade, along with special education teachers, where you and your colleagues can be a resource in certain subjects and, together with the teachers, be responsible for planning and implementing instruction as well as supporting students in their personal development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a teaching license for grades F-3. You should have experience working with students and possess good pedagogical leadership. You should have a good understanding of the goals and requirements in the curriculum and have a structure for documenting students' development. You should be able to build relationships and communicate with students, guardians, and colleagues alike.

As a person, you should be secure, stable, have good self-awareness, and find it easy to collaborate with other colleagues. We would prefer if you have experience in value-based work and working with digital tools. We place great importance on personal suitability.
