JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a resource teacher for grades 5-6. Together with the classroom teachers in grades 5-6, you will teach both in the classroom and in smaller groups. You will be part of a team of 3-4 teachers per grade and a special educator, where you can be a resource in certain subjects and, together with the teachers, be responsible for planning and implementing teaching as well as supporting students in their personal development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a teaching license for grades 4-6. You should have experience working with students and possess good pedagogical leadership. You should have a good understanding of the goals and requirements in the curriculum and have a structure for documenting students' development. You should have the ability to build relationships and communicate with students, guardians, and colleagues.

As a person, you should be secure, stable, have good self-awareness, and find it easy to collaborate with other colleagues. We would like you to have experience in value-based work and working with digital tools. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
