The school is located in a calm and nature-friendly environment in the former Folkets Park at Hemdal, with close proximity to transportation. Part of the school is housed in the renovated premises of Dansrotundan, which creates opportunities for innovative thinking in the operations.

We are an independent primary school from preschool class to grade 9 with an integrated leisure center. The school is divided into two different buildings, with grades F-5 in one, Rotundanhuset, and grades 6-9 in the other, Hemdalshuset.

Your Assignment

Every student has what it takes to succeed within them. Our task is to draw out that potential by setting demands, supporting, and challenging. Success is not a destination, but a process that we work on in every lesson. We are now looking for a licensed teacher who is skilled in their teaching role to teach at the middle school level. In addition to teaching and regular teacher duties, your assignment includes being a class teacher and participating in one of the school's development groups. You will collaborate with colleagues in your work team as well as in subject groups both at the school and with other Noblaskolor. You are involved in the school's systematic quality assignment through continuous follow-ups of your students' results and what they may need in terms of support to develop optimally. You participate in the school's collegial learning and contribute to the school's development. At the school, we work according to Noblaskolan's special concept to vary students' learning and strengthen their education. This includes all classes continuously working with rhetoric, problem-solving in mathematics, daily reading, and various Nobla projects that they gather around. In addition, we work with the Noblakoden, which explains how we have a clear structure for lessons and how we work with safety and a conducive learning environment.

Your Profile

Primarily, we are looking for an experienced and licensed teacher in several subjects to teach at the middle school level. You are a clear leader with warmth and skilled at leading student groups, challenging those students who need it, and supporting in various ways those students who require different methods of learning. You are good at working with camaraderie among students and naturally incorporate the school's core values into your work. You can take initiative, are self-driven, but also good at collaborating. At our school, we have high ambitions for our students' learning and development, and our work is characterized by high engagement. Therefore, we are looking for someone with a strong personal commitment to learning and an interest in developing our students' knowledge and collaborating collegially at our school. As a teacher, you are attentive and want to guide students for the future. You are also creative, open, inspiring, and structured, and have a clear leadership style.
