Chefs Wanted at Eriksberg Hotel & Nature!

Eriksberg Hotel & Nature's operations in Karlshamn continue to grow, and we are now helping them expand their talented team with more experienced chefs, who will work alongside our culinary leaders Peter J Skogström and Linus Hornwall to develop the business!

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the restaurant industry who is passionate about creating outstanding dining experiences for guests. At Eriksberg Vilt & Natur in Karlshamn, you will:

• Work in a dynamic kitchen team and contribute to developing and improving menus.
• Ensure that the food meets the highest quality standards and is presented in an appealing manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide our guests with a complete experience.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a probationary period.

Working hours include evenings and weekends, so it is important that you are comfortable with that. A valid driver's license (B) and access to a car are also required for the position, as you will need to commute to and from the workplace located just outside Karlshamn!

If you plan to commute initially, there is an opportunity to arrange accommodation.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for:

• At least two years of experience as a chef
• An organized and creative problem solver who can handle stress and maintain a positive attitude.
• Someone who is driven, takes initiative, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in the culinary field
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and English (spoken).
• A valid driver's license (B) and access to a car are required for the position.
