As a caretaker at Borgholms Campingar, you are an important part of a small close-knit team. Much of the work is done under your own responsibility, and it is important that you are a problem solver who is not afraid to pitch in where needed. As a caretaker, you assist both guests and colleagues with various problems that may arise at our facilities. The job consists of many daily tasks, but you must always be prepared for the day to change and adapt accordingly. You do everything from helping guests to repairing something or cleaning. Your workplace is everywhere on the campsite, and therefore you are often one of the first people the guest turns to when a problem arises, so it is important that you enjoy working with people.

The ideal candidate should be positive, enjoy working independently and in a team, have an eye for detail, strive for cleanliness and tidiness in the workplace, and enjoy working at a fast pace. You should have good physical fitness as the tasks involve lifting. As a person, you are solution-oriented, meticulous, unpretentious, and responsible, and you place great value on delivering good results daily. You are somewhat of a jack-of-all-trades and have a technical interest.

You should have good knowledge of Swedish and preferably English. Experience in similar work is an advantage. A B driver's license is required.

The duration of the job is weeks 25–32 with varying working hours, averaging 80%, on a rolling schedule. We offer contractual wages according to VISITA. We can offer accommodation in Borgholm.

At Borgholms Campingar, we offer holiday stays by the beach and the city, where we operate four campsites – Grönhag, Köpingbaden, and Klinta in Köpingsvik, and Kapelludden in Borgholm, two parking spaces - Sunset Ställplats and Tjusby ställplats, as well as Borgholms swimming pool. We are a family business founded in 1981, achieving a total of 210,000 guest nights with about 70 cabins and 1000 camping plots. We generate approximately 45 million in revenue and have 16 permanent employees; during the summer season, we have 100 employees.
