The guest service department is the spider in the web at our 4 campsites. Our guests turn to us with their questions before, during, and after their stay, and your task is to deliver fantastic service to everyone who needs our help. We sell and book our products online, via incoming phone calls, and email. Your main tasks will be to answer questions, book camping pitches and cabins via incoming phone and email, as well as reconciling incoming online bookings. Communication with guests occurs via email and phone. The tasks may also involve reception work with check-in and check-out, information, and cash handling if necessary.

Prerequisites - We believe more in the right person than the right experience, and you will receive training on-site. Previous computer experience is helpful. It is an advantage if you have worked in service, booking, and sales before and have an interest in the tourism industry. Good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form is a requirement, other language skills are an advantage.

The position is for 80-100% and starts in April, May or mid-June to mid-August, with the possibility of extension over the Harvest Festival at the end of September. Working hours are scheduled for all days of the week, during the day and evening.

We offer contractual salaries according to VISITA. We can provide accommodation in Borgholm.

At Borgholm Campsites, we offer vacation stays by the beach and town, where we operate four campsites – Grönhag, Köpingbaden, and Klinta in Köpingsvik and Kapelludden in Borgholm, two parking spaces - Sunset Ställplats and Tjusby Ställplats, as well as Borgholm swimming pool. We are a family-owned business founded in 1981, achieving a total of 210,000 guest nights with about 70 cabins and 1,000 camping pitches. We have a turnover of approximately 45 million and employ 16 permanent staff, with 100 employees during the summer season.
