You will play an important role in ensuring that our street kitchen runs smoothly and that our guests have a positive experience. 

If you have cash handling experience, previous experience in a street kitchen or other food service, that is a plus. It is important that you feel comfortable working with us and enjoy being part of a tight-knit team. Since you will have a lot of contact with our customers, you need to be fluent in Swedish, and we require that applicants are at least 18 years old.

Working with us means, in addition to all customer contact, that you will help prepare ingredients and accompaniments, take customer orders at the register, and cook food to order. Between service times, we help each other in the kitchen with washing dishes and cleaning, or receiving and unpacking goods.

The position is part-time, approximately 28 hours a week during daytime, evening, and weekends. 

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant and report to the restaurant manager.

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Leading shifts through responsibility, participation, and delegation of tasks
• Routine reporting to the restaurant manager
• Spreading energy and joy to employees who pass it on to guests
• Coaching employees 
• Receiving and checking deliveries from suppliers
• Purchasing goods
• Training new employees
• Responsible for checklists and ensuring procedures are followed

A team leader has full responsibility for customer satisfaction, wait times, cleanliness, and quality during their shift.
