About the Role: We are looking for someone who loves to entertain and create unique experiences for our guests. You have a strong sense of service, can coordinate a team of colleagues, and thrive in a dynamic environment where your social and organizational skills are crucial.

As the Head Course Leader, you will:

· Lead cooking classes and inspire participants with both knowledge and energy.

· Hold introductions, prepare aperitivo, and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

· Coordinate and collaborate with our Head Course Assistant, where you will share the responsibility of ensuring that each course is a success.

· Support and organize colleagues during the courses to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Please note that the job is scheduled for evenings and weekends, which means you will have the opportunity to contribute to our most engaging and enthusiastic cooking experiences.

We are looking for you who:

· Has a natural sense of service and can entertain guests with joy and professionalism.

· Has experience in the service industry, preferably as a restaurant or hotel front manager.

· Is an excellent team player and can coordinate colleagues during intense and fun working evenings.

· Has a passion for Italian cooking and loves to share techniques and stories about food.

· Can speak English or Swedish. Italian is a plus.
