JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

At Boken elderly care, meals are prepared for about 40 residents in the form of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. There is also a restaurant where relatives and outside guests can come and eat.

The food is prepared from scratch using Swedish ingredients together with your two other colleagues.

The position includes both weekend and solo work, and the job is at 91%.

We are now looking for a creative chef who, together with other staff, will prepare delicious and nutritious meals for all our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a three-year culinary education and at least 3 years of experience in the profession. We would like you to have experience in preparing classic Swedish dishes and a passion for baking.

We place great importance on being service-oriented and having an easy time creating good relationships with guests, colleagues, and other partners.

We are looking for a reliable and responsible employee who has a professional attitude and a friendly approach towards both guests and colleagues. You have good skills as a chef and a desire to develop our meals. You are a solution-oriented, positive, and driven person with ambitions and joy in your work.

Taking responsibility and being able to collaborate easily with your colleagues is a given for you.

You are engaged and have an easy time building trust with both residents, care staff, and restaurant guests. A good sense of humor and a twinkle in your eye are also very welcome.
