About the role: As a Head Course Assistant, you are a key person behind the scenes and during our cooking classes. You will be responsible for preparing and organizing the kitchens before the courses, as well as supporting the course leader and our guests during the course.

Your main tasks will include:

· Preparation: Organizing and setting up three kitchens before each cooking class.

· Assisting during classes: Being present in one of the kitchens to help both the course leader and participants.

· Post-work: Restocking products, ensuring the kitchens are ready for the next event, and contributing to creating a smooth experience for everyone. You will work closely with the Head Course Leader, sharing responsibilities and ensuring that each course is a success. Please note that the role primarily involves working on evenings and weekends.

Who we are looking for: We are looking for someone who:

· Has experience in the service industry, preferably from restaurants or hotels.

· Is meticulous and organized and enjoys planning and structuring work.

· Is a team player and has an easy time collaborating with both colleagues and guests.

· Has a genuine interest in cooking and Italian culture – previous kitchen experience is a plus but not a requirement!
