Workplace Description

Before the summer, we are looking for hourly-paid temporary staff for group and service housing, LSS accommodation for adults.

Common to our operations is that we work with the user's participation and independence in focus. The support is individually tailored, and great importance is placed on good quality and security in the home. The support is based on the individual’s needs, conditions, and wishes.

Job Description

As an employee, you will meet the individual needs of users for motivation, support, and service in all situations of daily life, such as planning, cooking, cleaning, and leisure activities. The goal is to support users towards increased independence. The work is carried out with respect for the users' right to self-determination and integrity. Structure, routines, and planning are key words for making the operation function.

Qualifications

We would like you to have education in nursing programs or similar education in care and pedagogy.

You should have knowledge and experience of working with adults with disabilities.

You should have good initiative and collaboration skills and be able to work independently. You should also master the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
