The client is one of the leading electrical engineering companies in the Nordics and one of the fastest growing, with over 2500 employees. The company offers services in electrical installation, instrumentation, and charging stations for electric vehicles, security installations, and property automation. They tailor solutions based on specific needs – solutions that last over time and can be developed.

With a strategy based on strong local presence and profitable establishments in Sweden and Norway, they operate in industries such as building construction, infrastructure, nuclear power, steel, petrochemicals, and mining.
The position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client.
About the position
In the role of property automation technician, you will work on varying assignments, from small service projects to larger installations and solutions for clients. You will be involved in installing, troubleshooting, programming, maintaining, implementing, and testing automation systems. The work will also involve PLC programming, SCADA, and ventilation systems, including their structure, control, and regulation.
We are looking for someone who
- Has 3+ years of experience as a technician in building automation.
- Possesses good knowledge in PLC programming and experience with supervisory systems/SCADA.
- Has experience with building systems such as ventilation systems, heating plants, and room controls – including how these are structured, controlled, and regulated.
- Is accustomed to reading circuit diagrams and operational cards and has the ability to systematically troubleshoot in facilities.
- Is solution-oriented and has a strong customer focus, striving to deliver the best possible results.
