Business Controllers and Financial Controllers Wanted

We are now looking for passionate and driven Business Controllers and Financial Controllers for upcoming assignments. Are you an experienced and analytical person who is eager to work closely with the business and contribute to business development?

Responsibilities:

As a controller, you will be an important part of one or more assignments where you are responsible for driving and developing financial monitoring and reporting. Your work involves analyzing and communicating financial information that supports management's decisions and strategic goals. You will work with budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, and the development of key performance indicators and analyses to ensure that the company meets its financial targets.

Examples of tasks may include:

• Responsible for monthly and annual financial closing, as well as reporting to management and the board.
• Analyze and follow up on budgets and forecasts.
• Work closely with the business and act as an advisor to managers and decision-makers.
• Identify and drive improvement initiatives within financial management and processes.
• Develop and implement reporting tools and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with a relevant academic degree, preferably in finance or economics, and at least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Controller or Financial Controller, preferably from larger organizations. You have good experience working with financial analysis, budgeting, and follow-up, and you have a solid understanding of business processes. You are also accustomed to working with Excel at an advanced level and have experience using various business systems. We value your ability to communicate financial information clearly and pedagogically, both verbally and in writing, as well as your analytical and structured work style. For the role, fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.
