Together with Howden, we are now looking for two experienced insurance brokers (Client Managers) who want to develop in an international environment characterized by high competence and collaboration. About the position

At Howden, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and strategic assignments for medium to large Swedish and international companies. In this role, you are expected to work as a client manager and become part of an engaged team of eight people in Gothenburg, while also having access to a global network of experts in all areas of insurance. The role involves working closely with clients to analyze their needs, design tailored solutions, and negotiate insurance terms.

You will work in a dynamic work environment where collective knowledge is at the center. The team's culture is characterized by a lack of prestige, professionalism, and a strong desire to deliver value to the client.

We are looking for you who

Due to growth, we are looking for two insurance brokers:

• An experienced broker with deeper expertise and focus on Property risks.
• An experienced broker with broad generalist competence in the insurance field.

Regardless of focus, we see that you have:

• Solid experience in insurance, preferably with a focus on advising and negotiating client-specific solutions.
• License for insurance advice and a high level of business understanding.
• Ability to communicate in Swedish and English with high precision, as you will be working in an international context.

We see that you are analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple parallel assignments. You are a team player who values collaboration and thrives in an environment where different competencies interact, as well as being relationship-building and confident in client meetings, with a businesslike approach.
