About the company:

EKT has extensive experience in electrical installations and service within low and high voltage. They are experts in automating industrial processes and carry out projects that include electrical design, construction of control cabinets, and programming of PLC/HMI systems for everything from small machines to advanced industrial facilities. They are now looking for an experienced automation engineer to strengthen the team in Malmö/Stockholm.

We are looking for someone who:

You likely have a couple of years of experience in design, construction, programming, and direct customer contact. You have practical and theoretical knowledge focused on electrical power and automation.

We believe the following applies to you:

• You have a technical education at the upper secondary level, university level, or equivalent with a focus on automation or technology.
• You have several years of work experience in automation and programming within PLC, RTU, HMI, or SCADA.
• Interest in service and customer relations.
• You have previously worked with electrical design.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required. Travel is part of the job.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Other valuable qualities for this job are flexibility, attention to detail, goal-oriented, and self-driven. Being solution-oriented is a significant advantage in this role.
