About the Role and Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a planning architect who wants to work with urban development and the processing of detailed plans.

In this role, you will:

Collaborate and engage in dialogue both internally within the municipality and with external parties.
Lead planning projects and find creative and functional solutions together with others.
Be responsible for delivering high-quality results within the agreed timeframe and develop work processes within the department and administration.
Communicate both in writing and verbally, as well as present cases to politicians in the municipality's committees.

You will work with preparatory planning for development in the various stages of the detailed planning process and be responsible for transforming visions, ideas, and needs into detailed plans that contribute to creating a sustainable society where people can grow and thrive.

We are looking for someone who

Has an academic education as an architect, planning architect, or another equivalent qualification.
Has worked as a planning architect for at least five years.
Has experience with detailed planning work within municipal operations.
Enjoys working independently but also in a team with good cohesion and high satisfaction.

Other Qualifications

Experience working in project organizations is an advantage. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to communicate internally and externally as well as write reports and service letters. As a person, you are goal- and results-oriented and have a good ability to collaborate.
