About the position

In the role of process technician, you will:

• Create and develop assembly instructions to streamline electronics production.
• Improve workstations and production flows for increased quality and efficiency.
• Quality assure product preparations and ensure high standards in series production.
• Support assembly personnel and be a technical resource in production.
• Lead improvement projects focusing on optimization and automation.
• Develop fixtures and production aids for safe and efficient assembly.

About you

Do you have a passion for electronics and technology? Are you both analytical and hands-on? We are looking for an engaged and competent person who wants to help develop our production.

We would like you to:

• Have an engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Have experience in electronics production and technical assembly.
• Have knowledge of mechanical processing methods such as turning, milling, and drilling.
• Be interested in automation and robotization of work processes.
• Have a strong passion for quality assurance and attention to detail in series production.
• Possess leadership qualities and enjoy motivating the team in improvement projects.
• Have good problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset.
