Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Production Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Implement manufacturing process optimizations and simplifications, bridging improvements from development to production with a focus on end-user experience.
• Operate and enhance sensors and vision systems for in-line quality control.
• Conduct mechanical engineering tasks to add new units or components to production machines.
• Perform regular machine maintenance, analyze operations to identify deviations, and implement effective solutions.
• Provide input on process design and oversee the implementation of new processes.
• Develop and execute a maintenance plan in collaboration with the Operations Manager, including reviews of standard operating procedures.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of the production process and train new operators and production engineers.

What you bring:

• 5–10 years of experience as a Production Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong passion for hands-on work in robust production processes.
• A relevant technical engineering education.
• Proven expertise in implementing new technical solutions in manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical solutions for end-users.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and adaptability to technical challenges.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience with roll-to-roll production processing machines.
• Expertise in designing and developing industrial equipment and automation systems.
• Proficiency in PLC programming and CAD design.
