The Organization

Skoftebyskolan is beautifully located on the eastern side of the river in Trollhättan, with the forest around the corner and close to Innovatum Science Center and N3.

About 300 students attend from preschool to grade 6, and we have five leisure departments.

About the Position

We are looking for an engaged and driven leisure teacher who wants to contribute to our students' development through a formative approach. With us, you will have the opportunity to work systematically with quality development of the leisure center and strengthen collaboration between school and leisure. You will teach at one of the school's leisure centers and during school breaks or within your subject, and you will be an important part of the students' entire school day.

You view guardians as important partners and actively work to create good relationships with both students and colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified leisure teacher, preferably with a background in sports and health.
• Has a student-centered approach and a strong desire to create a meaningful and developing leisure time for the students.
• Is attentive, positive, and responsible.
• Has a good ability to plan, implement, and evaluate your teaching based on current governing documents and the students' needs.
• Finds it easy to collaborate and values good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.

Employment

Employment will occur continuously during the recruitment process. Start date will be after necessary decisions have been made. A background check is mandatory for work with children.
