We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher who has great commitment, joy, passion, and enthusiasm for your mission. We put each child's interests, needs, and desires at the center and strive to create a safe, exciting, and educational environment.

The preschool is located in Pedagogen Park in Mölndal, surrounded by forests and nature, playgrounds, and green areas. Through excursions to the local area, children get to know the nearby outdoor environment and challenge all their senses. There is good communication to Mölndal's center, where there is access to both a library and a museum. We are situated in open, bright premises where our five departments are lined up, inviting collaboration and community. Centrally in the preschool, we have our common Square, which offers children inspiring learning environments, as well as activities in the studio.

About the Position

As a preschool teacher with us, you will:

• Lead, plan, document, and evaluate the activities based on the curriculum.
• Work goal-oriented with teaching where the children's best interests are the focus.
• Create conditions for children's development through participation, dialogue, and engagement.
• Contribute to collegial learning and pedagogical development.
• Document and analyze the teaching as part of our systematic quality work.
• Work for a good introduction to preschool for each child and good communication and collaboration with guardians.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed preschool teacher with good knowledge of preschool governing documents.
• Has experience working in preschool.
• Has the ability to lead goal-oriented processes and create a learning and inspiring environment.
• Is engaged, attentive, communicative, and has good collaboration skills.
• Takes initiative and is flexible in your working methods.
• Has a positive attitude and clear communication.
• Wants to actively work with values and pedagogical development.
• Wants to work together towards common goals with an engaged team.
• Masters the Swedish language in speech and writing.
