We are now looking for a Customer Coordinator for part-time 50% at our clinic in Gothenburg. In this role, you will receive, take care of, and work with sales to customers before and after examinations and operations. You will be an important key player at the clinic to ensure that every customer feels secure and satisfied with the overall experience of their visit.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be an important part of the customers' visits and decisions regarding an operation. Your daily work mainly consists of meeting all customers who come to the clinic based on their needs. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, work towards set goals, and manage multiple tasks where your duties are varied. You will be responsible for:

• assisting our customers with decisions and planning regarding operations
• preparing and helping customers before and after operations
• registering customers at the reception
• administrative work at the reception
• optimizing booking flows and schedules
• handling incoming phone calls from new and existing customers

Who you are

In this role, you should be driven by providing world-class service and working towards set goals regarding conversions and operations. You should easily instill trust and create security for the customer by being helpful in the best way possible. We see that you are a goal-oriented person who wants to deliver results and provide the best service to our customers and is motivated by working towards set goals.

For this role, you should have previous sales experience. It is advantageous if you have worked with Salesforce before and have experience in vision correction or ophthalmic care.
