Lowell is looking for Advisors for the Outbound Team

We are looking for you who want to be part of Lowell's Collection Center in Gothenburg as an advisor to our Outbound Team. You are accustomed to using the phone as a working tool and have experience in customer contact, preferably with outbound calls.

As an advisor in our debt collection operations, you are the link between our customers and our debtors. Your task is to work with our debtors to find the best solution to the financial situation that has arisen.

About the position

As an advisor in Outbound, you and your colleagues are primarily responsible for outbound calls, but also for incoming calls. This may include following up on a campaign, reminders, aftercare, or targeted efforts regarding certain clients. Outbound is also responsible for all administration related to specifically selected clients. However, the main tasks are outbound and incoming calls, and administration constitutes a small part of the job. There are many calls, and it is important that each call maintains high quality and is handled as efficiently and professionally as possible.

You will receive training when you start so that you feel secure in your role as an advisor and with the tasks you will perform. You will also have strong support from your team leader and other support functions in your daily work. To ensure you feel confident in your role as an advisor, you will receive continuous further training in the debt collection process and its regulations, as well as coaching in conversation and negotiation techniques.

Working hours are Monday to Friday according to a schedule. The position is full-time, and you report to the team leader. The position is located at Lowell's office in Gothenburg, with a 50% hybrid model.
