Project Manager for National and International Affairs

About the position

In the role of project manager, your main tasks will be:

  • leading and coordinating ongoing and new projects within the National and International Affairs department
  • coordinating project and process development in close collaboration with the hospital's care operations and administrative staff
  • conducting market and economic analyses, developing pricing models, and being responsible for the department's reports and follow-ups, including improvement proposals
  • developing strategies for external funding and supporting and coordinating applications
  • contributing to the department's overall goals and deliveries of process development, marketing activities, and business.

We are looking for someone who

  • has strong communication and organizational skills: You communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, and have the ability to organize and structure work to deliver on time
  • has a proactive mindset and problem-solving ability: You see solutions to challenges, identify problems in advance, and adapt work to meet changes
  • has advanced negotiation skills: You are skilled at negotiating and finding common solutions, and can manage various stakeholders to drive projects forward

Personal suitability is highly valued.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • at least 5–7 years of relevant work experience, of which 3–5 years in a project management role
  • a bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a related field.
  • experience in managing external funding (e.g., EU projects)
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • advanced negotiation skills and problem-solving
  • very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • experience with Tableau or equivalent analysis tools
  • knowledge of other languages besides Swedish and English
  • experience in healthcare/life sciences

About the recruitment process

Selection and interviews may take place continuously. The employment may start with a probationary period.
