Your Role

Do you want to be part of a comprehensive project that is strategically important for Ellevio? We are now seeking a project coordinator for Radisson 3 B/C – a project focused on procurement and implementation of field services for operations, maintenance, and customer connections.

As a project coordinator, you will have a responsible role where you contribute to the project's success. We offer an exciting opportunity to develop within project coordination and administration, where you will receive support from experienced colleagues and opportunities for professional development. You will work in a dynamic work environment and be part of a strategically important project within field services. Your main responsibilities include contract management, where you administer and manage contracts and contract appendices in SharePoint, as well as version control to ensure updates and tracking of document versions. You will also create and maintain SharePoint pages, including updates and change logs. As an important part of the project, you will also support the procurement project by taking meeting notes, following up on tasks, and assisting with other administrative tasks.

Start: Mid-May Scope: Full-time, office hours Location: Karlstad Employment Type: The position is a consultancy assignment for 12 months with the possibility of extension, meaning you are employed by Clevry and work as a consultant for Ellevio.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is relatively newly graduated from college or university, or has equivalent experience. A technical, economic, or administrative education is an advantage, as well as good knowledge of the Office suite and preferably experience with SharePoint. You should be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing. An interest in technology and customer communication is a plus. As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented, and you enjoy collaborating in teams. You are self-driven and have an easy time making new contacts, while also having the ability to set and work towards clear goals. For this role, a background check will be conducted during the process.
