The position is a permanent employment, and your work area is in Karlstad and surrounding areas.

Examples of Work Tasks:

3D CAD modeling.
Designing customer-specific solutions.
Creating manufacturing documentation as well as assembly and detail designs.
Product segmentation in PDM systems.
Performing strength and tolerance calculations.
Investigating technical issues.
Providing recommendations and solutions.
Updating older drawings.
Participating in potential prototype development.
Visiting clients and subcontractors as needed.

Your Profile:

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

At least two years of work experience as a mechanical designer.
Competence in drawing production and various CAD tools.
A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant education in mechanical technology or equivalent.
Experience working with various problem-solving methods.
Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.

Meritorious:

Previous work experience in production and assembly.
