JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Develop and lead a high-performing team through training, recruitment, and regular performance assessments
Optimize the team's resources and ensure they align with project needs and timelines
Develop effective design methods and ensure that solutions are cost-effective, high-quality, and comply with regulations
Prepare project estimates and fine-tune engineering plans to meet goals and budgets
Work closely with the sales team to prepare estimates and proposals to retain and develop Cyient's customers

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
Have extensive experience working in industrial or production facilities and interdisciplinary facility projects
Have experience in a leadership role
Have good communication skills in both Swedish and English
