Fågelvik School is a secondary school for grades 7 - 9 with approximately 350 students, including adapted primary education. We are now looking to strengthen our staff with a craft teacher. Could it be you?

Welcome to Fågelvik School!

We are looking for someone who wants to help shape the craft education together with a colleague. You have a craft teacher education and feel confident in teaching crafts that focus either on textiles or wood/metal. In addition, you are committed to continuing to develop interdisciplinary projects where we mix practical-aesthetic subjects with more theoretical ones. We offer a newly renovated school environment and an engaged colleague group where we together focus on how we can best shape education for our students. The work involves you and your craft colleague shaping education for students in grades 7-9 as well as adapted primary education. Together with other colleagues, you also create conditions for an accessible and flexible learning environment and teaching adapted to the needs of the affected students, where we assume that the student is not, but becomes in a context.

You have a collaborative approach and enjoy working with other colleagues in the work and subject team. Together, we drive school development forward, learn from each other, and collaborate to ensure that all students achieve the best possible knowledge results! QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a qualified/certified teacher.

• You have a pedagogical drive and a desire to further develop the operation together with others, and you view development and new ideas as positive challenges.
• You contribute to our students' development through interaction and dialogue with others.
• You are engaged, straightforward, and open, and have clear leadership.
• You are well acquainted with our governing documents.
• You have a good ability to include students in need of support, and you are challenged to find the extra adjustments that the individual may need to achieve the subject's knowledge goals.
• You have a good ability to create good relationships with students and guardians.
