We are currently seeking a logistics developer for our client who enjoys working both behind the wheel of a forklift and in planning meetings. Our client combines the best of both worlds – the practical everyday life in the warehouse and workshop with the more strategic and planned work around logistics flows, systems, and development. About the Role

As a Logistics Developer, you will have a varied everyday life where one day you participate in the daily work with unloading, handling, and forklift driving, and the next day you review processes, improve flows, or act as a key person in the development work around warehouse management systems and planning. The role suits you if you want to be operational but also contribute with a broader perspective on how logistics can be developed. You will work closely with warehouse staff, management, and the client's broader organization – and be an important sounding board on how logistics should be organized to meet future needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Participating in daily logistics work, including forklift driving, unloading, and handling
Working on planning, improvement, and development of internal logistics flows
Being involved in and sometimes leading improvement initiatives and change projects
Supporting the implementation and development of new systems, especially in warehouse management
Collaborating closely with the client's production, warehouse, and workshop

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is used to working practically but also enjoys taking responsibility and working on improvements. Perhaps you have previously held a role as a team leader, logistics coordinator, or similar – and know what it is like to both lead and deliver. We would like you to have experience working in or implementing a warehouse management system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision). If you have experience with similar systems (e.g., SAP, Monitor, Jeeves, Pyramid, or other ERP/WMS), we also consider that an advantage – the important thing is that you understand the processes and are used to working closely with systems.

You have:

Experience from practical logistics work, preferably in combination with responsibility or leadership
An interest in structure, systems, and improvement work
Experience with Microsoft Navision/NAV or similar business or warehouse management systems
Good communication skills and an unpretentious attitude
Forklift license
