The injection molding group Rosti AS was acquired in 2010 by Rosti GP AB's Swedish owner Nordstjernan. Together, we have a team of 3,500 employees across 12 factories in Europe, Asia, and North America. The operation in Gislaved has been running since 1966 and is today one of the largest suppliers in Europe of packaging for the food industry. The Gislaved operation has about 90 employees. To meet the increased demand and continue our development journey, we are now strengthening the organization. We are building the production of the future – with a focus on sustainability, automation, and technical innovation – and we are looking for you who want to help shape the next chapter with us.

As a PROJECT MANAGER with us

you have overall responsibility and full ownership of your projects – from feasibility study to commissioning, including documentation and post-calculation. The projects vary in nature, customer-specific, development-driven, or investment-based, and are carried out in a high-tech production environment. You plan, lead, and follow up on the projects throughout the entire process. This means you coordinate project groups with participants from various internal functions and external partners, are responsible for project meetings, and ensure that projects deliver on time, with the right quality and within budget. You work closely with both the Project Manager and Sales Manager – to whom you also report – and act as an advisory partner to the customer and product orderer. Your work is done in close collaboration with other functions in the organization, where both support and expertise are available.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone with experience in project management within the industry who thrives in a role where you can take responsibility, drive progress, and ensure that things happen. You are a natural doer who gains energy from working in a dynamic environment where conditions can change – and where flexibility and initiative are crucial for success. You have a good understanding of the project process and feel confident in planning, prioritizing, and making decisions – whether it involves large or small projects. Since the role involves many contact points, both internally and externally, you are a communicative person with good relationship-building skills. You find it easy to collaborate and build trust, especially in dialogue with customers. As we operate in a global market, you also need to have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
