We are now looking for a Project Manager who wants to be part of our growth!

As a project manager in civil engineering, you will be SYSTRA's representative in our assignments and lead our projects where you collaborate with colleagues from various technical fields. You will also support the region in bidding processes, resource allocation, and contribute to the development of our operations.

We work on a wide range of civil engineering projects, from small schoolyards to large road or railway assignments. Our clients include municipalities, government agencies, contractors, and private companies. You will be part of an engaged team of about 100 employees within our business area Civil Design, which consists of technical fields such as landscape architecture, road and street, water and drainage, traffic engineering, bridge construction, lighting, environment, geotechnics, and project management. Here you will have the opportunity to develop, share your knowledge, and also collaborate with international colleagues.

About you

We are looking for someone who not only possesses technical competence but also navigates our complex industry with ease and coordinates various stakeholders and projects in a structured, businesslike, and goal-oriented manner. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering, including 2 years in a leading role as a project manager, design manager, or project leader
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience with AMA Construction
• Knowledge of legal frameworks AB/ABT/ABK
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B

Meritorious

• Background as a technical manager for roads, water, or equivalent
• Experience with design in Civil 3D
• Experience from the client or contractor side
• BAS-P/BAS-U training

Location and Additional Information

This is a permanent position at SYSTRA AB, starting by agreement. The position is based at our office in Jönköping with the possibility to work from home a few days a week. Travel may occur in the position.
