Caverion is growing with new assignments, and we now have an exciting role as a project manager for our client Saab, primarily in Huskvarna but also in Växjö. Caverion and Saab have an agreement regarding technical management, operation, and maintenance of properties nationally. It is a partnership agreement based on mutual trust and transparency.

We are heading towards an exciting future and building a team that consists of a close-knit group that is nationally responsible for our client's property portfolio.

You will have the opportunity to work with

As a project manager at Caverion, you will handle daily contact with customers and employees. An important part of your job is to find out the needs of the customer and the operations, as well as to drive, communicate, and coordinate the tasks required to ensure set goals and deadlines. The role provides significant freedom but also places high demands on financial results and satisfied customers for long-term relationships.

The role also includes:

• Planning and organizing facility projects where multiple technical areas collaborate
• Communicating with technical specialists and contacts with contractors and suppliers
• Performing financial follow-up within projects
• Further developing and streamlining technical operations in close collaboration with the customer
• Being innovative with the customer for constantly better results and control
• Being responsible for and driving meetings with the customer

Your background

• Technical education, preferably with an engineering background
• It is advantageous if you have a post-secondary education in technical property management
• Experience in project management within management or technical operations
• Experience from the property industry in areas such as property development, property management, operations and maintenance, or consulting services
• As a person, you are responsible, structured, proactive, and have good leadership skills

To succeed in the role, we see that you have a good ability to build trustworthy relationships and are driven by good collaborations with customers and colleagues. You are technically interested and motivated by improvement work and development. We want you to be responsible and have a very good ability to organize your work and enjoy analytical work and reporting.

The position requires that you undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, there may, in some cases, be requirements for certain citizenship.
