An important key to our success is our competent and experienced employees in the road service area. We are now looking for a team leader for the Jönköping operational area.

Your role with us

We need to expand our workforce. As a Team Leader with us, you will work in a team with planning, work management, invoicing, and follow-up of all common tasks within construction work and road maintenance, such as summer maintenance and winter road management of the road network. As a team leader, you will also have a lot of customer contacts. The role includes on-call duty, which involves responsibilities such as weather monitoring and coordination/dialogue with subcontractors, as well as assisting in the event of traffic accidents. On-call duty means working during inconvenient hours.

Your experience

We are looking for someone with experience in operation and road maintenance work, construction work, traffic management work, and/or water and sewage work. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement, as well as a B driver's license.

You are a team player with leadership qualities who achieves good results together with others and can handle working under time pressure for shorter periods. The work involves a wide variety of tasks throughout the year, and the workweek can look very different. You will lead the team through dialogue and involvement, and together you will see opportunities and solutions. You are comfortable working with follow-up and documentation and understand the importance of good order and tidiness. You also have an aptitude for systems and technology, as many different types of systems are used in the role.
