We are looking for an engaged Event Manager

In this role, we are looking for someone with structure, flexibility, and an eye for both details and the big picture. You are a natural coordinator who enjoys taking responsibility and has a positive attitude towards varied tasks. Job Responsibilities

As an Event Manager, you will:

Lead and schedule staff.
Coordinate transportation of staff, vehicles, and serving units.
Plan and ensure that all materials and equipment are in place.
Perform barista duties and deliver high-quality service to our guests.
Be the face of our events and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need to:

Be structured and planned with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Be able to lead teams and coordinate different groups of people.
Be flexible and available, especially during the high season from June to August and during unexpected changes.
Have natural social skills and easily build good relationships.
Be clear and effective in both written and verbal communication. Fluent in Swedish and English.
Have physical endurance to work long days in intensive environments.
Hold a B driver's license – this is a requirement.

Meritorious

Previous experience in event planning or similar roles.
Experience in the barista profession.
Good driving experience with a car.
Good understanding of German, spoken and written.

Employment

The position is a permanent employment with immediate start/by agreement. Barista training and guidance for the position are included in the employment.
