Our client is a large company in the grocery retail sector with its headquarters in Solna. You will be part of a small and wonderful team that works to ensure that orders are created according to expectations in the stores' auto-order system and that activities are carried out at specified times. They handle ongoing issues from the stores within the company where items do not meet certain requirements and make necessary adjustments as needed. The company is in the midst of a transformation journey and is changing its business system, and the role will therefore be a significant part of the migration to the new business system as well as supporting other colleagues in the team as needed.

Your main tasks will include:

Enriching items during revisions
Preparations and manual handling for the business system change
Acting as support for stores in various matters
Supporting other colleagues in the team with tasks related to items and issues.

For the right person with the right attitude, the role can develop over time and gradually take on other tasks within the team.

The position is full-time during the summer, but there is a desire to start as early as mid-May until August; the position can begin part-time if it conflicts with studies. Work is conducted during office hours with some flexibility and remote work opportunities. You will be employed by us at StudentConsulting but will work as a consultant at the client's beautiful headquarters in Solna.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Studying at university/college with at least 50% course load
Very good computer/system skills and experience with MS Office and Outlook
Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
Previous experience with SAP is an advantage
We prefer that you have a few years of work experience, preferably in a similar role.

As a person, you are proactive, curious, and flexible. You do not mind occasionally working with repetitive tasks. Furthermore, you are a team player while also enjoying working independently and contributing to a positive work environment.
