About the role

For us at Sokigo, a strong collaboration between our development and delivery teams is a crucial piece of our success!

In this role, you will be the link that ensures smooth and efficient collaboration between the teams, both by managing clear requirements between the teams and by identifying and implementing improvements in working methods and processes.

Constantly developing and streamlining our delivery is a key factor for us and will be a central part of your role.

You will work on installing, configuring, and optimizing our IT solutions to ensure they run smoothly for our customers. Your daily tasks will include:

• Installing and configuring Sokigo's products in OnPrem environments.
• Leading technical implementations and upgrades.
• Analyzing, identifying, and resolving issues during operational disruptions.
• Driving the development of our delivery regarding efficiency and automation.
• Documenting configurations, processes, and solutions.
• Ensuring clear requirements and communication between delivery and development teams.

This is a varied role that requires both the ability to work independently and as part of a team with engaged colleagues and customers.

Who are you?

You are a curious and solution-oriented person who enjoys solving technical problems. You have analytical skills and can quickly understand customer needs to deliver value-creating solutions.

We believe you have:

• At least 5 years of practical experience as a technician in IT, focusing on OnPrem and Windows environments.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server (2016, 2019, and later versions).
• Knowledge of scripting, primarily PowerShell, but also equivalent in Linux is a plus.
• Experience working with OnPrem/Azure DevOps or GitHub is a plus.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network functions is a plus.
• Good knowledge of containerization, e.g., Docker or ContainerD.
• Good knowledge of virtualization (e.g., Hyper-V or VMware).

The position is a permanent full-time employment located in Sundbyberg. Start date according to agreement.
