More about the role

The role of an auction broker involves selling our service by establishing and developing partnerships within your sales district. We primarily target companies, but the size of the companies and types of industries can vary widely.

One of the best parts of the role is the variation and freedom. Below we provide examples of the tasks included in the role. You will work independently but be part of a team with active support from our various roles at Blinto. Together we succeed!

  • You will be traveling daily within your district with both scheduled and spontaneous customer visits.
  • When you receive an assignment, you will create the object documentation, clearly describing the object through text, photos, and videos.
  • During the auction, both you as the broker and the team in the office will work to ensure our sellers and bidders have the best experience possible.
  • If an auction does not reach the set reserve price, it is your task to negotiate a deal that all parties are satisfied with. This is done through negotiations between the seller and the highest bidder.

In summary, you will follow your customers through the entire auction process, from start to finish.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has worked in some form of sales before, where you are used to approaching customers via phone, spontaneous visits, and through an existing network. You need to have a B driver's license and speak and write Swedish fluently. You also need to have good knowledge of English as we have many foreign buyers. It is an advantage if you have an existing network within the automotive, trucking, or construction industry.
