Job Advertisement: Staff for HAFFA

We are looking for more staff for our operations at HAFFA (Home Care in Assistance-like Form, Leisure Guidance, and Respite Care at Home).

Here at HAFFA in Sundbyberg, care and support services are provided to care recipients according to assistance decisions. As an assistant, you perform an advanced and interesting job that makes a difference for the care recipient. Personal care and service tasks are included in the work duties.

As a staff member within HAFFA, we are looking for you, a nursing assistant, who wants to work extra during evenings and weekends. You are service-minded, pedagogical, flexible, social, and creative, and can work independently. You have the ability to inspire and create motivation and have a talent for meeting people in various situations. You will have access to an exciting job with great mobility and variation. Perhaps you are studying or are a retiree looking for extra evening work? We place great value on personal suitability. You master Swedish both in speech and writing.

Your tasks consist of creating an optimal everyday life together with the care recipient and working based on their needs and wishes.

Upon employment, you must, by law, present an extract from the criminal record, which you order from the police.

Start immediately or by agreement. Interviews will be conducted continuously before the application deadline on April 30, 2025.
