We see that you have experience in hardware development with agile principles and an academic background and education at BSc level or equivalent. You are keen on getting things done in time and do not hesitate to challenge your peers or teams to meet agreed goals.

We think you are a structured, inclusive, communicative, collaborative, and team-oriented leader with a high customer focus and a "can-do" attitude. You are curious and continuously searching for new knowledge!

You have excellent communicational skills and the ability to work in a global environment with various cultures and languages. You are open-minded, flexible, and can easily adapt. You are also committed to the task and able to motivate others. We see you as engaged, organized, and innovative. A people's person and a problem solver.
