We are seeking several dedicated HSE Managers to oversee and lead our organization's health, safety, and environmental initiatives. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, safety excellence, and continuous improvement across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs.
• Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and promote preventative strategies.
• Provide expert EH&S guidance and technical support to management.
• Develop and execute annual EH&S action plans.
• Manage fire protection systems and emergency response protocols.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including adherence to CDM and self-insurance requirements.
• Conduct internal audits and site inspections, assisting with external audits.
• Deliver training and induction programs on HSEQ policies and standards.
• Advise senior management on HSEQ matters.
• Oversee energy, waste, and sustainability management reporting.
• Lead investigations of serious incidents, traveling as necessary.
• Drive cultural change, emphasizing continuous improvement in HSE processes.
• Implement global and local HSE procedures and coordinate HSE committees and training programs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HSE Manager or equivalent role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex systems and drive continual improvement.
